This site is dedicated to showing the work we have been involved with over the last 4 years in Residential Construction, directly as the contractor or indirectly as a subcontractor. The principle, Robert Leonard has more than fifteen years of comprehensive experience in construction management, project management, engineering management and CAD operations. Assignments have been concentrated in the areas of new construction and renovation projects in manufacturing plants and hotels. Robert has a BS Degree in Industrial Technology.

Folly Beach Holiday Inn

Called at the last minute by the Architect to help out building a concrete countertop for an outside bar. With the help of Charleston Concrete Design, built a 1 1/2" thick top 24" wide with 5" drinkrail, 4" turned down front and 3" turned down back. 84 total sq. ft. of bartop. Formed, poured, sanded, finished and sealed in 6 days. Built the forms on Sat, poured the concrete on Sunday, and broke the molds on Weds. Sanded, and finished on Thursday, sealed on Friday.
