This site is dedicated to showing the work we have been involved with over the last 4 years in Residential Construction, directly as the contractor or indirectly as a subcontractor. The principle, Robert Leonard has more than fifteen years of comprehensive experience in construction management, project management, engineering management and CAD operations. Assignments have been concentrated in the areas of new construction and renovation projects in manufacturing plants and hotels. Robert has a BS Degree in Industrial Technology.

Pine Hollow Rd Fire Place

Built an outdoor fire place to compliment this backyard. Purchased a kit for the basic fireplace pieces and then added the stone. More work than expected. Fireplace complete in one weekend. Stonework finished over two weekends.

Carroll Residence

Demoed existing kitchen, including separation wall and pantry closet. Closed existing opening from hallway for new pantry location. Re-faced all cabinets with new doors and paint color. Built new custom pantry cabinet, new kitchen island and new custom exhaust hood. Patched and repaired kitchen floor and refinished to match existing. Revised opening to made to match existing dining room detail with new custom columns. New Tile back splash with detail tile over stove. Reconfigured lighting in kitchen, added upper and under counter lighting. With special light for inside glass cabinets.

Johnson Built Ins

Removed existing base and chair rail and custom built cabinets per photo. 3 sets of book shelves on three over sized cabinet bottoms. Middle unit to hold TV. Custom painted in semi-gloss lacquer.

Folly Beach Holiday Inn

Called at the last minute by the Architect to help out building a concrete countertop for an outside bar. With the help of Charleston Concrete Design, built a 1 1/2" thick top 24" wide with 5" drinkrail, 4" turned down front and 3" turned down back. 84 total sq. ft. of bartop. Formed, poured, sanded, finished and sealed in 6 days. Built the forms on Sat, poured the concrete on Sunday, and broke the molds on Weds. Sanded, and finished on Thursday, sealed on Friday.

Private Residence, Mt. Pleasant

Have done several different jobs for this home. Continuing to update the features of the house to fit the needs of the homeowner. Started with a new game room added to the garage area of the home. Added a custum built armoire to create more closet space in Master Bedroom. Added custum built-ins to an upstairs tv room to create display space and storage. Built a new window desktop in a dormer space. Remodeled upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Replaced existing pressure treated steps with longer lasting epei steps. Screened in downstairs garage area to make more comfortable from bugs in the summer months.
