This site is dedicated to showing the work we have been involved with over the last 4 years in Residential Construction, directly as the contractor or indirectly as a subcontractor. The principle, Robert Leonard has more than fifteen years of comprehensive experience in construction management, project management, engineering management and CAD operations. Assignments have been concentrated in the areas of new construction and renovation projects in manufacturing plants and hotels. Robert has a BS Degree in Industrial Technology.

Williams' House

Removed wall between Kitchen and Living Room. Added new bar top, trim and lighting. Closed in and screened existing porch. Guest Bath removed existing sconce and mirror. Added new down light, sconce and mirror.
